The space Located at 1,000 feet elevation on a quiet, gated one-acre property, you’ll enjoy cool trade winds, the sounds of nature, and relaxed country living—just five minutes from the beach.
This cozy, newly renovated caretaker’s studio is ideal for up to two guests. It features a queen bed, full bathroom, ceiling fans, and a private 250 sq ft lanai—perfect for your morning coffee or a quiet evening meal. The well-equipped kitchenette includes a two-burner hot plate, microwave, full-size fridge, coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, rice cooker, and basic cookware for simple meals. The space is well maintained and includes WiFi, TV, and on-site parking.

Other things to note The cottage is situated on a shared acre but offers a private entrance and a private spacious lanai. You may see geckos or wild chickens during your stay part of the charm of island life. For the best experience, we recommend renting a car, moped, or e-bike to explore the area.
Quiet hours are from 10PM to 7AM. Smoking, vaping, and parties are not allowed anywhere on the property. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.
