The space
The property features 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms split between a main house and a private attached studio. The three-bedroom main house includes a primary suite with a king bed, a guest room with a queen, a second guest room with two twins, and 1.5 baths. The attached studio offers its own king bed and full bathroom. Outdoors, generous front and back lawns provide plenty of room to roam. Enjoy ocean views and surf checks from the front deck and take in the tropical greenery from the backyard complete with a covered patio.
Amenities include AC in all bedrooms and main living areas, high speed WIFI, fully equipped kitchen, reverse osmosis water filter, Sans air purifier, eco friendly products, 100% French linen bedding, outdoor shower and private front and backyards.

Welcome to raw North Shore island living. Situated between the jungle and the sea, you’ll share the setting with the frequent tropical visitor including geckos, insects, cockroaches and local wildlife (so many chickens) that are simply part of living in harmony with a living, breathing island landscape.
To tread lightly on the island, help us conserve energy by turning off AC when heading out and keeping it above 72 when relaxing inside. Wash off all sand in the outdoor shower to protect our sensitive septic system. Keep doors closed to help with the critters as well as energy efficiency. And put away all food as said critters will come for it.
