The space
This tiny home is located in a small peaceful neighborhood next to Waimea Bay in the heart of the North Shore. This unit features a loft sleeping space with queen size bed, air condition & fans. The home is surrounded by palm trees & greens, Enjoy High speed Wi-fi, Fully equipped with a full functioning kitchen with Breville espresso machine, blender, coffee pots & all other needed items to enjoy cooking at home.
Cozy living room space with a designated working space & a 65 inch TV. This unit also features a private sauna and a gym.
Sleeping spaces are accessed by ladders.
This unit has 1 designated parking spot in a shared off street gated parking.
Eight minute walk to Waimea Bay plus some of the islands most beautiful beaches, Large grocery store, shopping, and restaurants are all within 5-10 minutes drive.

The bed loft require ladder access, so please consider this when booking.
The outdoor shower offers full privacy, and the entire unit is yours to enjoy.
Please be aware the parking area is shared so it's very normal to see the other guest parking and leaving. Its very important to park according to the signs so that other guest may park as well.
Our property has multiple units and the only shared area is the parking.
Please note that on the North Shore of this tropical island, it’s normal to see lizards, bugs, and birds around the property.
Beach Access
We are situated right by Waimea Bay, with a charming trail that begins in our cul-de-sac. The trail offers two options: you can head up to a fantastic lookout over the bay, where you might spot turtles, dolphins, occasional whales, and stunning sunsets, or go down toward the beach. When the water is calm (typically in summer), you can even swim to the beach from the rocks. Alternatively, a local pathway behind the house leads directly to the beach, a walk that takes about 8 minutes.
If this is your first visit to the North Shore, we highly recommend exploring the many nearby beaches. Within minutes, you can reach Sunset Beach, Banzai Pipeline, Turtle Beach, and Ali'i Beach in nearby Haleiwa, as well as Shark’s Cove across the bay, which offers excellent snorkeling.
Cancellation Policy:
Short Term: If you cancel 7–14 days before check-in, you’ll receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable.
Long Term: (29+ nights) Full refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.
We always aim to be fair and reasonable, and we generally work with our guests when unexpected issues arise when possible, we’ll do our best to help find a solution. All refunds are subject to applicable processing fees.
