The space
Welcome to Chateau Waikiki, where island charm meets contemporary living. This high-rise condominium offers a tranquil retreat in the vibrant Waikiki neighborhood. Perched on the 37th floor, your unit provides stunning views of the city, mountains, and ocean, creating the perfect backdrop for your Hawaiian getaway.
**The Space:**
- **Comfortable Living Area:** Relax in the spacious living room, featuring modern furnishings, a flat-screen TV, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light.
- **Fully Equipped Kitchen:** Cook up a storm in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, clean countertops, and all the essentials you need for home-cooked meals.

This Chateau is set on a quiet side street away from the noise and crowds. The Villa on Eaton Square, a small shopping center is across the street. Public transportation is within a block, two beaches are across the street within five minutes- Waikiki Beach near the Hilton Village and Ala Moana Beach Park the other way. The largest open air high end shopping mall is ten minutes, and for budget shoppers Target, Ross and Walmart are within a 15 minute walk (although you may want to drive instead of carry those heavy items!).
Sixty-one restaurants are within 0.5 miles, from food trucks to fine dining. It's an amazing location. Many days you may find that there's no need to drive anywhere, as everything you need is right here!

Other things to note
This is a resort-style setting, so please be courteous and observe quiet time late evening and early morning hours.
Friday night fireworks are right across the street at the Hilton, and hopefully they're the only surprise you'll experience!
There is building air conditioning in all rooms, but it does not get overly cool. When the AC is on, the temperature is usually around 70 F. There are ceiling fans that work quite well in all rooms.
High speed internet with 600 Mbps and Ethernet capable. Provider describes service as "very fast" with ability to stream multiple devices simultaneously.
This is an urban setting, so expect some white noise when windows are open. It is quieter when windows are closed and very quiet at night. The building is on a side street in Waikiki and the beauty is that you can walk almost everywhere and not have to worry about parking!
When I tell friends about the condo, their comments are, "That's a great building" and "Wow, that's the best location!" Once they come in, it's all about the view.
Tropical Environment🌴
Hawaii’s tropical climate means guests may occasionally encounter geckos or insects despite regular professional pest control. Please keep food sealed and notify us immediately if you encounter any pest concerns.

Cancellation Policy:
Short Term: If you cancel 7–14 days before check-in, you’ll receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable.
Long Term: (29+ nights) Full refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.
We always aim to be fair and reasonable, and we generally work with our guests when unexpected issues arise when possible, we’ll do our best to help find a solution. All refunds are subject to applicable processing fees.
