Please note that parking at Luana Waikiki is valet-only at a rate of $50 per night, payable directly to the valet. This includes in & out privileges, but self-parking is not available.
⚠️ Temporary Parking Notice (July 1 – September 1, 2026):
Due to construction and reduced parking capacity at the Luana Waikiki, valet parking for privately managed units will be unavailable beginning July 1, 2026. This restriction is currently expected to remain in place through September 1, 2026, but may be extended by the building.
Guests traveling with a vehicle should plan to use nearby public parking options, including:
• Saratoga Road Post Office parking lot
• Hale Koa parking facilities (subject to availability and fees)
• Marriott by valet
Please consider this before booking if on-site parking is important for your stay.

Please note that there is an active construction project on a neighboring property. Work hours, noise levels, and activity may vary and are outside of our control. Guests may experience construction noise during daytime hours. We have priced the unit accordingly and appreciate your understanding as Waikiki continues to grow and improve.
Tropical Environment🌴
Hawaii’s tropical climate means guests may occasionally encounter geckos or insects despite regular professional pest control. Please keep food sealed and notify us immediately if you encounter any pest concerns.

Cancellation Policy:
Short Term: If you cancel 7–14 days before check-in, you’ll receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable.
Long Term: (29+ nights) Full refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.
We always aim to be fair and reasonable, and we generally work with our guests when unexpected issues arise when possible, we’ll do our best to help find a solution. All refunds are subject to applicable processing fees.
