Other things to note
We are a quiet property situated in a unique part of the North Shore. We are asking for no parties, events, loud music, etc. Since the apt is located on the top floor of a 4 plex we ask you take this into consideration with any disruptive noise.
Cancelation Policy: Full refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable
We always aim to be fair and reasonable, and we generally work with our guests when unexpected issues arise when possible, we’ll do our best to help find a solution. All refunds are subject to applicable processing fees.
Local laws require a minimum 30-day booking, but you are not required to stay all 30 days. Please message us with any questions.
