The space This studio is located on the second floor of a 4 plex building. Which of course allows you beautiful views from your personal lanai. It has a king 4 poster bed facing the ocean. There is also a Bali style sofa/bed. A soaking tub for your enjoyment and relaxation.
Guest access You have full access to all areas of the property. We just ask that you give other guests the privacy they deserve. Please do not walk in front of the stand alone cottage next to your building unless invited.
Cancelation Policy: Full refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable
We always aim to be fair and reasonable, and we generally work with our guests when unexpected issues arise when possible, we’ll do our best to help find a solution. All refunds are subject to applicable processing fees.
Local laws require a minimum 30-day booking, but you are not required to stay all 30 days. Please message us with any questions.
