The space
Perfect for up to two guests, this studio features a Casper memory foam king bed. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner hot plate, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, full-size fridge, rice cooker, and basic cookware—everything you need for simple meals. The bathroom includes a private shower and large kitchen-sized sink. There is a shared outdoor grilling area with a propane grill, picnic table, and an additional sink. Enjoy the convenience of an enclosed outdoor shower with hot water to rinse sand off after the beach. The studio also includes a teak dresser, air conditioning, a 43-inch flat-screen TV with a swivel mount, and free laundry. Parking for one car is provided.

Other things to note
Please note that there are other rentals on the property, and since it’s located on Kam Highway, you may experience some traffic and neighborhood sounds. You might also spot geckos, wild chickens, and hear the occasional rooster in the morning. For the most convenient experience, we recommend renting a moped, car, or e-bike to get around.
Please remember that parties, smoking, and vaping are not allowed, either indoors or outdoors. Quiet hours are from 8 PM to 8 AM. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. Please plan your stay accordingly.
Cancelation Policy: Full refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable
We always aim to be fair and reasonable, and we generally work with our guests when unexpected issues arise when possible, we’ll do our best to help find a solution. All refunds are subject to applicable processing fees.
Local laws require a minimum 30-day booking, but you are not required to stay all 30 days. Please message us with any questions.
