🔹 Parking Pass Requirement – Please leave the parking pass in the room upon checkout. Failure to return it will result in a $150 replacement fee.
🔹 Parking Garage Height Limit – The Waikiki Banyan parking garage has a 6-foot clearance, which accommodates most standard vehicles. However, taller SUVs, vans, or trucks may not fit. Please keep this in mind when selecting a rental car.
Tropical Environment🌴
Hawaii’s tropical climate means guests may occasionally encounter geckos or insects despite regular professional pest control. Please keep food sealed and notify us immediately if you encounter any pest concerns.

Cancellation Policy:
Short Term: If you cancel 7–14 days before check-in, you’ll receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable.
Long Term: (29+ nights) Full refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.
We always aim to be fair and reasonable, and we generally work with our guests when unexpected issues arise when possible, we’ll do our best to help find a solution. All refunds are subject to applicable processing fees.
