Other things to note
Important Notice: Please note that the Executive Centre building will be undergoing a structural steel replacement project from August 3 through September 25, 2026, Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. During these hours, guests may experience intermittent construction noise, including drilling, cutting, grinding, and vibration. No weekend work is currently scheduled. This work is being performed by the building management and is outside of our control. By booking during these dates, guests acknowledge that daytime construction noise may occur and our pricing has been adjusted with this in mind.
🚗 Parking & Access Information 🚗
The Executive Centre’s parking garage in downtown Honolulu has a height limit of 6 feet 3 inches, accommodating most standard vehicles. However, oversized vehicles, such as some large SUVs or trucks, may not fit, so please consider this when selecting a rental car.
🔑 Important: Guests must return the elevator fob upon checkout. Failure to return will result in a $150 replacement fee. Thank you for your cooperation! 🌺
Tropical Environment🌴
Hawaii’s tropical climate means guests may occasionally encounter geckos or insects despite regular professional pest control. Please keep food sealed and notify us immediately if you encounter any pest concerns.

Cancellation Policy:
Short Term: If you cancel 7–14 days before check-in, you’ll receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable.
Long Term: (29+ nights) Full refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.
We always aim to be fair and reasonable, and we generally work with our guests when unexpected issues arise when possible, we’ll do our best to help find a solution. All refunds are subject to applicable processing fees.
