The space
Sleeps 12: 5 Kings, 2 Twins. The Laie Point House is a large, private home with a spacious yard and an oversized deck overlooking the ocean. It features a full kitchen with a stove, dishwasher, and fridge. Each bedroom has memory foam mattresses and ample closet space. The master bathroom includes a large Jacuzzi bathtub, two sinks, and a shower. There is parking for 3-4 cars and split-unit A/C system making it ideal for families and large groups. Conveniently located near Foodland, Food trucks, Ken's Fish, Brigham Young University, and the Polynesian Cultural Center.

Expect to encounter geckos and wild chickens. Rent a car for the best experience. No parties, smoking, vaping indoors or outdoors. Quiet hours: 9pm-8am. Please review our check-in and check-out times and plan accordingly. Check-in: 3PM and Check-out: 11AM.
Cancelation Policy: Full refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable
