Step onto the oversized private lanai with a covered dining table and propane grill, perfect for outdoor gatherings. Rinse off after a day at the beach with the convenient hot-water outdoor shower. Inside, you'll find dressers, air conditioning in every room, a 65-inch flat-screen TV with a swivel mount, and free laundry. Parking for one car is included.

Other things to note
Please note that there are other rentals on the property, and since it’s located on Kam Highway, you may experience some traffic and neighborhood sounds. You might also spot geckos, wild chickens, and hear the occasional rooster in the morning. For the most convenient experience, we recommend renting a moped, car, or e-bike to get around.
Please remember that parties, smoking, and vaping are not allowed, either indoors or outdoors. Quiet hours are from 8 PM to 8 AM. Check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. Please plan your stay accordingly.
Cancelation Policy: Full refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable
