The space
The layout is similar to a duplex, with two separate living areas connected under one roof. Guests have their own private side of the home, including a full kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious wraparound porch.
The outdoor porch is one of the highlights of the property, with an ocean-facing counter where you can sit, eat, and take in the sunset views. The home is peaceful, open, and surrounded by the natural beauty of the North Shore.
Please note, this is our personal home, and we may be staying on the property during your reservation. Your guest space is separate and private from the main house.
There are also horses and pigs on the property, adding to the country North Shore feel. This is a special place for guests looking for ocean views, quiet surroundings, and a true local home experience.

Other things to note
Situated on a shared acre with our family home. Expect to encounter horses, pigs, geckos, wild chickens, and children playing nearby. Rent a car, moped, or E-bike for the best experience.
No parties, smoking, vaping indoors or outdoors. Quiet hours: 8pm-8am. Please review our check-in and check-out times and plan accordingly. Check-in: 3PM and Check-out: 11AM.

Cancelation Policy: Full refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable
We always aim to be fair and reasonable, and we generally work with our guests when unexpected issues arise when possible, we’ll do our best to help find a solution. All refunds are subject to applicable processing fees.
Local laws require a minimum 30-day booking, but you are not required to stay all 30 days. Please message us with any questions.
